Rating results are available the very moment the Rating is closed.
By default, the results table lists top-scoring items at the top. Column ‘SD’ gives the Standard Deviation in a normalized format indicating the level of consensus.
Teams routinely use the results table to identify the ‘Top X’ items they want to focus on. Sometimes they select the items whose Standard Deviation indicates strong dissent to discuss the reasons for that disagreement.
Discussion is for drilling into or expanding on one or several topics.
Usually, arguments are exchanged anonymously to encourage candor and minimize personal prejudice. The tagging of contributions by ‘team’ or contributor is possible.
Participants can discuss multiple topics in parallel contributing where they have most to say. Groups find this markedly more engaging and productive than traditional discussions where any person speaking shuts the rest up.
Presentation offers an HD slide show with feedback channel.
Slide show. For classic same-time or anytime presentations, most will prefer to use the PDF slide share. A slide show is best suited for capturing structured feedback via the discussion feedback channel.
Screen share. For dynamic ‘live’ graphical info, presenters will simply share the URL of their web conferencing tool.
