Anyone with a reasonably fast and stable Internet connection and a headset, simply confirms 'Join' to enter the conference directly.
Dialling-in by phone
Should connecting over the Internet not work for any reason or the line be too slow, participants simply select 'Dial in'. MeetingSphere suggests a dial-in number and issues a personal identification number. That PIN is truly personal. It allows exactly one participant to connect and is valid only for that conference.
Please note that, while there are no conferencing charges, depending on phone plan, regular connection charges to a land-line number may apply.
Conference control is easy because it works exactly the same for Internet and dial-in connections.
Participants can mute and unmute their phone or microphone with the mute/unmute switch in their status bar.
The participant overview shows who is connected to the conference and who is speaking.
As Leader you can mute the phones or microphones of individual participants or switch the whole conference to push-to-talk. Push-to-talk means that participants can speak at any time without having to ask permission. They must simply hold the microphone button while they are speaking.
